Tough Panamanian fighter, Vicente “Loco” (Crazy) Mosquera defeated Walter Castillo from Nicaragua by SD to conquer the WBC superlightweight Latin title in the main card of “Locura Incontrolable” Boxing show that took place in the Roberto Duran Arena in Panama on the 9th of February, 2012.

The decision of the judges was very close; judge Ignacio Robles marked his score card 95-94 for Castillo, judge Orlando Sanz gave it as 96-94 for Mosquera and judge Alexis Marin, scored it as 96-93 also for the winner Mosquera.

Mosquera now improves his record to 30 wins, 16 KO’s 2 losses and 1 draw.
